Our Design Engineering Services include:
Concept Design We work with our Clients to understand their needs and develop concepts that meet their requirements. Our concept design services include sketches, drawings, and models that help our clients visualize their ideas.
Detailed Design Once a concept has been developed and approved, we move on to the detailed design phase. We use 3D modelling and simulation software from Autodesk group to create detailed designs that meet the required specifications.
Analysis and Simulation We use advanced analysis and simulation tools to test and validate our designs, ensuring that they meet the required performance criteria and comply with relevant regulations and standards. We also provide full calculations and technical construction files to prove our design meet the criteria.
Prototyping We can produce physical prototypes of our designs (3D Printing, carton box prototype), allowing our Clients to test and evaluate them before they are manufactured.
Engineering Drawings Once prototype has been approved, we can carry out the next step of converting 3D models into 2D detailed drawings using DFMA principles.
Manufacturing Support We provide manufacturing support services to ensure that our designs can be manufactured efficiently and effectively.
