1. Is 30 mins consultation really FREE?
Yes! If you have a project you would like to discuss, do not hesitate to contact us. Explain briefly your idea and we will set up a consultation via Teams, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or simple telephone chat. Our consultant will be at your service for 30 mins.
2. How much do you charge to hire engineer?
It always depends on the project, it’s complexity and location. Should you wish to hire engineer for specific task or for the certain amount of time, contact us for more details.
3. Do you provide VAT-free invoices?
At the moment – yes. We do not reach the threshold yet to be fully VAT-registered. Therefore, our prices are very competitive.
4. Can you work on site?
Yes we can. The majority of projects we work on are managed from one location, but of course if the Customer requires us to visit the site, we are more than happy to do so.
5. Can you sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required?
Of course! We understand the confidentiality while working on the project or new design. We are fully committed to follow the rules so that our Customers can focus on what’s really matter.
6. Do you provide design services with the other software?
Our main software we use for design services are Autodesk products. We can also work in Solidworks or SketchUp if required. We are constantly improving our services and adapting to what our Customers need.
7. Do you provide BIM Management services?
Yes! We work with our Clients on different collaboration platforms, like V-Projects or Asite. For BIM Management services we use Revit, Navisworks or BIM360. We are fully BIM Level 2 compliant and can build models with COBie data. OmniClass – subject to Customer’s specification. Contact us for more details.
8. How quickly can you respond to the enquiry?
We are aiming to respond within 48 hours from the receipt. If we require more time due to complexity or further details are needed, we will contact our Customers in advance.
9. Are you open to collaborate with companies in the other engineering industry?
